VTG Don Roth's BlackHawk Restaurant Matchbox Matchbook + Receipt / Order Holder

Description

1. Vintage Blackhawk Metal Holder. It says "
Don Roth's New Blackhawk Restaurant
".
The Metal Holder measures roughly about 2 and a ½ inches in diameter.
I'm not sure if this holder was used for order slips or receipts or both, or to hold something else.
It has scratches, scuffs wear, discoloration, dirt, etc. on it.
2. Vintage Blackhawk Matchbox. The Matchbox says "
Don Roth's Blackhawk Restaurants
".
The Matchbox roughly about 2 inches by just slightly under 1  and a ½ inches.
I'm not sure if any of the matches are missing or not. It has discoloration, wear, scuffing around the edges, etc. on it.
Also the top of the box cover appears to become ever so slightly curved. It is a very very slight curve. I personally wasn't even able to perceive it, until I looked directly at the box cover opening. It may have even been there originally but I don't really know for sure.

All metal parts have scratches and scuffs on them.
