    Description

    Old School metal spring type strain relief for vintage microphones, speakers, old small appliances, old soldering guns or any new project requiring this type of strain relief.
    The opening is for 3/16" cord. You might get a slightly larger cord in by twisting the spring while inserting the cord. Small personal appliances also used to come with these as did some small dremel style tools and hair clippers, etc.
    Sometimes you would see these on scientific and test equipment for probe cords that had a lot of movement. You may find another use but they are basically just old school strain reliefs!
