Here is a Spectronics DD-1 digital display
.
Display
powers up, counts but the "MHZ" digit is not functioning correctly.
Likely either the driver, a cold solder joint or the LED digit itself.
Can be used with several transceivers, includes a cable to interface to the Yaesu FT-101 series radios.
Sold as-is, not working 100% , but repairable

FedEx, UPS and the USPS will hold a parcel at their local office for you to pickup at your convenience if someone cannot be available during the day when the parcel is delivered. However, if that arrangement also causes problems, then I cannot help since I can not wave this requirement.
