Up for your consideration is a
Settimio Soprani Dick Contino Model Piano Accordion, 41 Treble 120 Bass. It has a white pearl color with black accents. On the bottom, it says "L 277/90" and "Made in Italy". It comes with its original case and straps. Please review photos closely and read the description fully for condition. Your satisfaction is very important to us, so please only purchase if we have answered all your questions. While this accordion does play, it is in need of some repairs, so also please only purchase if you are okay with its current condition and/or you are able to get it repaired.
The accordion is vintage and is in used condition with scratches, dings, stains, discoloration, and rust. There is edgewear on the bellows. One small metal piece is missing from the bellows, but is included in the case. There is electrical tape in place of that metal piece. The leather straps are included and have cracking and edgewear, but are flexible and usable. The clear plastic strap is included, and has yellowing and rust, but is still usable. The accordion has been tested by an ***untrained ear*** and all the keys seem to work, but complete workability is not guaranteed, as this is a used vintage item and has not been tested by an expert.
The case is in workable condition and latches in three places successfully. Locking it is not possible as there is no key with it. There is edgewear on this case, scratches, dings, rust on the metal parts, and scuff marks. The protective fabric on the inside is in mostly good condition with some wear marks. There is also a metal rod of unknown origin included, and it's unknown if it belongs with this accordion.
