Camphor helps to decongest your chest and throat area. Heat camphor with coconut oil over a candle light and mildly heat. Apply this mixture over the upper chest area, back of the neck and feet, and cover with a warm cloth if needed. It is a very effective home remedy for cold and cough symptoms.
Cough:
Take a teaspoon of coconut oil, add a pinch of crushed camphor, and lightly heat over a candle light.
Spread it on 4 betel leaves and place it over the upper chest area on both front and back side before going to bed.
In the morning, the leaves would have dried up and turned black. It absorbs chest phlegm from your chest area.
Repeat it for 3-4 days until you feel better.
