Description
We are a great source for many of your litz wire and crystal radio part needs. Since 2008, we've sold more than 10,000 orders with excellent customer feedback. Please visit our eBay Store atmkmak222_Litz Wire
to see what is currently available.
We have over a hundred types of litz wire in stock. They contain 5 to 1650 strands of AWG 48 to 28 (0.03 mm to 0.31 mm) wire. The litz wire's equivalent AWG are from 24 to 6.
Most orders will be shipped within one day.
Small amounts of wire will be coiled on 6” or 7” diameter paper spool to prevent the destruction of the litz wire structure. Larger amounts will be coiled on the original plastic spool.
If you don’t see a particular type of litz wire that you're interested in, please contact us so that we can help arrange a custom order. We can usually have these delivered in three weeks. Large orders may be purchased at the wholesale price.
Here you are bidding on 5 piece of
MOSFET 3SK143-Q (3DQ)
per item (as shown in the first picture), use for Crystal Radio Detector. The brand is Panasonic
.
This
MOSFET 3SK143-Q is in the small
surface mount package. It has the code "3DQ" printed on the surface.
There is another type of MOSFET, the NEC's 3SK87 can be used to replace 3SK143-Q (3DQ). Its effect is almost the same, but the package is relatively large with four pins that are easy to solder.

Traditional
crystal radios are used
mineral
detector
or semiconductor diodes
to detect radio signal. In recent years amateurs discover that some “zero-voltage-threshold” MOSFET such as ALD110900 or ALD110800 can substitute the
diodes in
crystal radio without use a battery, only need to add a coil between the souse gate and ground.
In recent years some Chinese amateurs discover the other kind of
MOSFET -
3SK143-Q can
substitute the more expensive ALD110900 and have better performance.
The MOSFET
3SK143-Q
is not “zero-voltage-threshold” but very close to, so it still can detect very weak signal and have superb selectivity in the crystal radio. Another advantage is that the output impedance of
3SK143-Q can be as low as 1 to 3 KΩ (the
ALD110900 is about 25 to
50 KΩ), so you can directly connect the low
impedance headphone to the
crystal radio output connectors, don't need to use an impedance matching transformer. With the small Ni-Zn R40C1
Ferrite Toroids you will be possible to make a good
performance
pocket sized crystal radio.
