Powers Up but not tested further.
This item comes from a friend's estate and I have no 2 meter equipment to check its operation further.
There is no apparent damage but I have no way to check the final output transistors, relays, etc.
Both lights power up when connected to an appropriate power supply.  He mounted a cooling fan on the
the top which is connected to the fins to sense heat which was designed to turn on the fan automatically.
Nice idea....don't know how that worked.
