This is a Genuine Motorola Radio Carrying Case Black Nylon.
New in original packaging. Part NTN7247A. This is a belt-mount pouch. The webbing on the back un-snaps to secure on the belt. This is NOT a swivel-mount. The item is about 2.25" wide x  6.38" overall height x 1.75" deep. Fits up to 3" wide belt. Supposed to fit the following Motorola radios: HT1000, JT1000, MT 1500, MT 2000, MTS 2000, MTX-LS, MTX8000, MTX838, MTX9000, PR1500, XTS 1500, XTS 2500.
Note: the rear snap buttons may be difficult to unsnap because of the design of the webbing makes it hard to get a good grip. To avoid damaging the case, you can use a small screwdriver to work open the snap as shown in last image.
