Believe this is a Card Cutter Tool
Beveled on side that measures 12” for tearing cards?
Short side measures 8” x long side measures 14 3/8”
Fuchs & Lang set up shop in 1870 as suppliers of bronzing powders; they were building lithographic hand press machines by 1893.
Has a nice stamped logo. There is another stamp however for me its illegible.
Would be useful where a lot of marking lines/ripping and tearing is done
