Beautiful tiered skirt in size SMALL (about a 2) with wide roll-down waistbband.  Fabric is a very nice wuality lycra and the flounces are a crepe fabric. No zipper but can be altered into a regular waidtband with zipper.  FREE SHIPPING.  Please let me know if you have any questions 😊
