Shipping
Free shipping is available only for purchases exclusively within the Continental United States. The order will generally be delivered within 1 to 7 business days from the shipment date. However Overseas shipping is done via international shipment company. The cost for international shipments ranges from and up, depending on insurance value. You will be asked to select the shipping method and please note that Delivery costs depend on the value of the order and the delivery service chosen.
Please do not place any order through PO Boxes, freight forwarders and Hotel addresses may not be used for the delivery of Emerald by Love products. The order will generally be delivered within 1 to 7 business days from the shipment date. We do not ship on Saturday's nor Sunday's.
Payments
Payments are required within 7 days of purchase, otherwise subject for order cancellation. We currently accept payment through: PayPal - All Credit Cards. Please note that packages are generally dispatched after receipt of payment.

(For Loose Emeralds - When applicable) We certificate some of our emeralds by CDTEC laboratories, a government funded gem laboratory located in Bogotá, Colombia. Some of Our Loose Emeralds are certificated by the GIA  when It is worth 5.000 dollars up per carat. Please note that all laboratories standards to qualifying, color, clarity, cut and other gemstones are different and there are  laboratories that may provide different information.
