Castelfidardo La Stella Piano Accordion 41 Treble 120 Bass Off-White Italy Case

Up for your consideration is a Castelfidardo La Stella Piano Accordion, 41 Treble, 120 Bass, off-white in color with its original case. It also has 4 Treble Register Buttons, and 1 Bass Register Button. There is also a knob to adjust the hand strap. The other two included straps are padded.
Please review photos closely and read the description fully for condition. Your satisfaction is very important to us, so please only purchase if we have answered all your questions. While this accordion does mostly work, it is in need of repairs, so also please only purchase if you are okay with its current condition and/or you are able to get it repaired.
The accordion is vintage, is in used condition, has been well-loved, and it shows. There are scratches, dings, stains, discoloration, and rust. There is edgewear and staining on the bellows. There is tape in spots for unknown reasons. The leather straps included have cracking and edgewear, but are flexible and usable. The accordion has been tested by an ***untrained ear*** and most of the keys seem to work, but some appear to barely work. The 4 Treble Register Buttons do not line up, appear to stick, and do not appear to work properly. The piano keys are not level. The grill is warped and there are holes and tears in the fabric. There is a small crack just to the left of the piano keys.  There may be other unknown issues, so workability is not guaranteed, as this is a used vintage item and has not been tested by an expert.
The case is in workable condition and latches in two places successfully. Locking it is not possible as there is no key with it. There is edgewear on this case, scratches, dings, rust on the metal parts, and scuff marks. The protective fabric on the inside is in mostly good condition with some wear marks. The case is basically in the same condition all around as seen in the one photo.
