Reportedly believed, Al Sachs one of the Las Vegas Casino

, had a private dinner club for special guests and organized crime figures called
"Top Hat",
at one of his casinos.  As stated on matchbook
"Where Discriminating People Meet".
My dad brought this back from one of his trips.
This "very rare" matchbook cover is among the most prized in my vintage collection. All black and white,
and has original strike, no matches, has age and handling wear, was previously attached on back to scrapbook, please see scans.
