Everything that is suppose to move mechanically works as it should. However I believe this item should be cleared and served before using. Also the roller that is pictured is not quite round anymore. If you Search “hand ink roller” on eBay maybe you can take one of them apart and retrofit the rubber portion to work on this machine.
