Antique Morse Code Telegraph Sounder 20 OHMs STAMPED BO RR  NICE!  B&O Railroad?

For your consideration, an Antique Morse Code Telegraph Sounder in really nice condition.  I've had this device in a display case for probably 45 years.  It is marked 20 OHMs on the top and has "BO RR" stamped on the wood underneath.  I don't know how to test this device, but it sure looks like it is ready to function.  Please look closely at the listing photos to get a better idea of the condition.
