    Not familiar with this tool or how it works so please see photos and ask questions if you have them.  One foot is partially broken (see photo) but it still stands just fine without any issues.  Measures approx 14" long x 9.5" deep x 6" tall.  Does seem to be fully functional with all parts in working condition.
