This listing is for the gorgeous genuine natural Malachite sphere in the photos.  It is large and heavy, with characteristic malachite swirls, dots, and pattern variations which makes for a prized specimen, very beautiful in its uniqueness. This sphere was bought some years ago from an Afghani gentleman who purchased it in Afghanistan and brought it back to the US.  This amazing large sphere measures approximately

in diameter (about 2.5") and about
1 lb. 3.6 oz.

.  As shown in the photos, there is a very small imperfection in the surface which measures about 1/8" at the widest dimension, hard to see in person unless you specifically look for it (also an indication that this is a genuine malachite sphere).
