This is a pair of RadioShack Radio Knobs with two knobs in each package, model 21-5023. These appear to be silver or chrome colored, although the plastic is a bit gold or yellow. They are 3mm size and one pack was opened and taped closed, but the knobs are still new.
These came from a large group of merchandise from an electronics store that closed, and they sold new and older model merchandise.
